Under the knife

Here's some more under operation leather, they're both a work in progress as think the flower needs more petals and the squirrel needs friends!

Ok so the photos may be a little blurry but I'm not taking them again as just had a bit of a meltdown in the kitchen and hoping for a bath and to watch Carnivale on Sky Atlantic!  Yay!  I like having cool things to watch!

So what do you think of my leather work?

    yes, I like the leather! I really like the re-use of old things too... I won't be surprised one day to find you buying a charity shop coat just to snip the buttons off ;) How are the squirrels done? can you embroider on leather?

    Giles he squirrel was just cut out from the leather by following a sketch I did. There's no embroidery on it, it would be far too hard for me to embroider it as it's too thick and it would drive me nuts!
