Miss Squirrel |
Ok so the photos may be a little blurry but I'm not taking them again as just had a bit of a meltdown in the kitchen and hoping for a bath and to watch Carnivale on Sky Atlantic! Yay! I like having cool things to watch!
So what do you think of my leather work?
really good! Love miss squirrel :-)
ReplyDeleteyes, I like the leather! I really like the re-use of old things too... I won't be surprised one day to find you buying a charity shop coat just to snip the buttons off ;) How are the squirrels done? can you embroider on leather?
ReplyDeleteHow cool are these! Love the squirrel its so cute
ReplyDeleteMiss Squirrel is just fab! I love the song bird too.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
ReplyDeleteGiles he squirrel was just cut out from the leather by following a sketch I did. There's no embroidery on it, it would be far too hard for me to embroider it as it's too thick and it would drive me nuts!
I am so impressed by your cutting skills. Is it fiddly? What do you use, a scalpel? Perfect recycling if you ask me.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, it'd be great if you came to visit, badger's shifted to
